Time may seem like a linear sequence of arbitrary events but astrology offers a different view. It sees time not as a straight line moving from past to future, but as a complex pattern of interconnected cycles that recycle unconscious energy until it becomes eventually conscious, however many lifetimes this may take. Your birth chart is fixed but the planets keep moving, bringing to the surface unrealised potential as new challenges and deep transformation.
Knowing the alignments in the dance of the planets helps us to make sense of what has come before and to foresee changes while they are still in the air. As Hamlet says ‘The readiness is all’.
In readiness we can step out of time as merely one thing happening after another and weave a destiny which is free of repeating patterns of the past and becomes a stream of new discovery, revelation and inspiration.
